Users registered on the website as a By Owner may not receive or utilize any benefits or services that are exclusive to Realtors. Accounts created for Real Estate Professionals are limited to a single Agent per account. There is absolutely no account sharing permitted, any Agent(s) that attempt to share an account will be removed and permanently banned from the website and any of its affiliate sites. For Realtor accounts that purchased an unlimited  listings membership, the creation of duplicate listings is not permitted. Any and all duplicate listings on the website will be removed at once, and the account as well as the listings associated with the account will be terminated. PinellasProperty.com monitors all listings on the website and reserves the right to remove any listing, for any reason, without notice. There are no refunds. Listed until they Sell Listings will remain active for up to 3 years, if it is determined that the listing is not up to date, or the By Owner/Listing Agent has forgotten to close the listing if it has sold/rented or is no longer available, the listing will be removed.

Advertisements:
Accounts created for Advertisers are limited to a single company per account. There is absolutely no account sharing permitted, any Company(s) that attempts to share an account will be removed and permanently banned from the website and any of its affiliate sites. Unless a multi-service advertisement has been purchased, advertising accounts are limited to a single service. Online Web Services, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries cannot be held liable for any incorrect, false or fraudulent information posted by Advertisers on its websites and does not assume the responsibility of enforcing licensing requirements, or of checking for licenses, with respect to licensed professions or trades, prior to publishing advertisements. Please report any incorrect information to be reviewed.

Money Back Guarantee:
PinellasProperty.com guarantees that By Owner and Service Provider Listings will receive at least 100 page views within 30 days or their money back. Traffic to Listings after the first 30 days is not applicable to this guarantee. If a listing does not receive at least 100 page views by 11:59 PM on the 30th day, a listing will be eligible for a full and prompt refund. It is the sole responsibility of the By Owner or Service Provider to contact PinellasProperty.com if they believe their listing did not receive the guaranteed amount of traffic to their listing(s) within the stated time frame. PinellasProperty.com must be contacted via e-mail within 24 hours of the 30th day or no refund will be given. All submissions regarding the traffic guarantee will be reviewed in a timely manner by the PinellasProperty.com staff. Refunds are sent the same way payment was received, via PayPal, no exceptions.

By registering on this website you hereby agree to the Terms & Conditions of Use. If for any reason you disagree with these set Terms you may cancel membership however no refunds will be issued. One of the main reasons that a refund cannot be issued is that our company donates portions of the proceeds we collect to charity and local non-profit organizations. Thank you.

General:
PinellasProperty.com reserves the right to discontinue or modify any of the information contained on this server at any time. PinellasProperty.com shall have the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The user may not assign any part of this Agreement without PinellasProperty.com's prior written consent. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hernando County, Florida, exclusive of conflicts of laws principles. The user shall pay any taxes on the information or transactions, except for those based on PinellasProperty.com's annual net income. If any provision of this Agreement is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in effect. The user agrees to comply with all applicable laws in using this service or the information contained herein. No waiver of any obligation or right of either party shall be effective unless in writing, executed by the party against whom it is being enforced. Any such waiver shall not preclude a party from exercising any other right or later exercising the same right.
